On Saturday, February 21, 2009, the Community Development Resource Center in the Institute for Urban Research held a one day fundraising workshop. Morgan State University through the School of Engineering and the Institute For Urban Research has received Phase III funding for the development of an Environmental Justice Toolkit. The Phase III plan for funding assistance is to complete the development and dissemination of Volume II of the Environmental Justice in Transportation (EJT) Toolkit.
