Is an expert in transportation planning. His core expertise includes: developing tools and information to support improved transit, highway and land-use planning and decision-making in such areas as congestion management, air quality and freight.
Mr. Robinson developed and managed the Maryland Transit Administration’s Transit Hub Study that included a focus on both planning and operational research (components included database development, spatial analysis, transit network assignment and priority selection process).
He is Project Director of the Baltimore Regional Environmental Justice in Transportation Project (BREJTP). Through this research project, Mr. Robinson has generated a toolkit with policy recommendations for public health, transportation, and urban planning.

“Mr. Glenn Robinson will be a panelist to discuss environment justice and serve as a facilitator during the break-out sessions at the Fall 2009 Morgan State Faculty Institute. His research and work on environmental justice at the MSU Institute for Urban Research will provide invaluable information as we discuss the topic of the Institute – “The Urban Imperative: Fulfilling our Mission in Research, Teaching and Service”.
The MSU Faculty Institute will be held on Wednesday & Thursday, August 12th & 13th 2009 in the Murphy Fine Arts Building.
